SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

mnar atelier ships to the entire Peninsula, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, with delivery in 2-5 business days, once it has left our atelier.

Shipping costs vary depending on the area:

  • On the peninsula, the delivery cost is €8.69.

  • In Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery cost is €14.05.

  • In the Balearic Islands, the delivery cost is €14.05.

  • In the Canary Islands, the delivery cost is €23.99.

We make international shipments in Europe in 4-5 business days, shipping costs vary depending on the country/area, and shipments start at €14.78.

*Products sent to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Europe have a special rate. (THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF CUSTOMS IF THERE IS ANY).

All our shipments will have a tracking number with which the customer can track their order.

Exchange and return policy

At mnar atelier we want to offer you quality and well-being in your purchasing experience, as well as the greatest satisfaction with the product you purchase.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it.

We advise you to read our Terms and Conditions where we detail our policy on defective deliveries and right of withdrawal.

What do I do to process a return?

Write to us at hola@mnaratelier.com indicating your order information and we will give you all the details. Remember that the product must be in perfect condition and must have the original labels and packaging.

In the event that you want to exchange or return a product, the costs are not included and will be assumed by the customer. Returns will be refunded to the same payment method as the order was placed and shipping costs will be excluded.

What happens if an order is defective?

First of all, we're sorry! We work carefully so that each piece we create in our atelier arrives perfect to its recipient. But if the order arrives defective or an error has occurred on our part, we will take care of the collection for exchange/return.
