These conditions apply to sales made by mnar atelier of its products offered on the website www.mnaratelier.com. These sales are reserved exclusively for the end user.

 

Making a purchase through the portal www.mnaratelier.com implies acceptance of the general sales conditions, and no written acceptance of these conditions is required.

 

In the event that a customer or user does not comply with the following General Conditions, mnar atelier reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and/or the customer's account without any compensation to the customer by mnar atelier.

MNAR ATELIER - ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS

 

The products offered by mnar atelier on its website meet the most demanding quality requirements.

 

mnar atelier ensures that the photos are an approximate representation of the product offered. Additionally, each product has a description including its features.

 

In case of an error in the description or images that imply a substantial change in the product, the purchasing customer can return the item within 14 days of receipt at no cost.

 

 

MNAR ATELIER - ARTICLE 3: PRICES

 

3.1 General

The prices of our products shown on the website are in euros, including taxes (VAT) but excluding handling and shipping.

 

These costs will be indicated at the time of order validation and prior to payment and will be included in the invoice.

 

mnar atelier reserves the right to modify product prices at any time; however, the price invoiced will be the one in effect at the time the order is registered on the website.

 

Orders will not be considered placed until the payment amount is received by mnar atelier.

 

mnar atelier reserves the right to cancel the order under the following circumstances:

 

1. Orders placed at a significantly lower price than the sales price due to a customer-identifiable error.

2. Orders suspected of fraud.

3. Orders for out-of-stock items, even if not indicated on the website.

4. Orders made in a currency different from that corresponding to the shipping address.

5. Existing unpaid previous orders.

 

In these cases, a full refund of the order amount will be issued.

 

3.2 Orders within the European Union

The sale amount has been calculated including the relevant taxes. The tax is that which belongs to Spain.

 

3.3 Orders outside the European Union

The price shown on the website (and charged) does not include taxes at any time. Therefore, an additional customs payment may be required, for which mnar atelier will not be responsible under any circumstances.

Please consult your customs agent for the amount of these taxes.

 

3.4 Prices and Currency

All orders must be placed in the local currency of the shipping address. However, all orders are paid in euros, so their equivalent price is applied to all currencies at the time of payment.

mnar atelier reserves the right to cancel any order placed in a currency different from that corresponding to the shipping address.

 

MNAR ATELIER - ARTICLE 4: ORDERS

 

By placing an order on the website www.mnaratelier.com, the user acknowledges and accepts these general conditions.

 

The order is considered placed once the order is confirmed and payment of the amount is made. However, the order is considered firm only when mnar atelier has received the amount.

 

MNAR ATELIER - ARTICLE 5: AVAILABILITY

 

Products are available as long as they appear on the website www.mnaratelier.com, subject to stock availability.

 

In case of out-of-stock after ordering, the customer will be contacted by email or phone to inform them of the situation. In this case, options such as:

 

- Partial shipment,

- New shipping date,

- Modify the order,

- Cancel the order.

 

will be communicated.

 

In case of total cancellation of the order, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued within 14 days using the same method of payment.

 

In case of requesting a partial cancellation, a partial refund equivalent to the canceled part will be issued within 14 days using the same method of payment.

 

 

MNAR ATELIER - ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT METHOD

 

6.1 Payment Method

 

Online orders can only be paid by credit card through our secure payment platform.

 

Accepted cards are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners. Other secure payment methods may be available, such as ApplePay, GooglePay.

 

The customer's account will be charged immediately, although it may not appear on the account for a few days due to the customer's bank.

 

The order is considered placed only when the money has been disbursed to the mnar atelier account.

 

Purchases are confidential and we use HTTPS and SSL protocols for information encryption.

 

mnar atelier does not have access to bank details, and these are not stored on any mnar atelier-owned server.

 

For this reason, all payment details must be entered each time a transaction is made on the website.

 

When you click the checkout button, our system verifies the validity of the credit card, which protects against fraud and misuse of the card. Our system categorizes the risk of operations as low, medium, and high; in case of detecting a medium or high level of fraud, we reserve the right to verify the buyer's identity before processing the order.

 

If you make payment via Paypal:

Paypal provides a payment service and specializes in money transactions between buyers and third parties. Paypal ensures that the buyer's banking information is absolutely confidential.

Upon payment validation, the buyer authorizes Paypal to obtain the amount from the selected source to make the payment to mnar atelier for the offered product or service.

 

6.2 Secure Payment

mnar atelier also verifies the reliability of the data provided during registration. This is part of our commitment to protecting our customers against fraud.

mnar atelier has a process for verifying the buyer's data to prevent and avoid fraudulent use of banking data.

Accordingly, mnar atelier reserves the right to request from the customer a copy of both sides of proof of identity and shipping address. The order will be shipped only when these documents have been received and verified. These documents must be sent within a maximum period of 6 days from the request. These documents will never be sent to third parties (except for legal requirements). The customer always has the right to access, modify, or delete according to the Data Protection Law.

 

 

MNAR ATELIER - ARTICLE 7: PRODUCT DELIVERY

 

7.1 General

 

Products purchased on the mnar atelier website are shipped to most countries. Delivery times depend on preparation, packaging, and transit times, which may vary by region.

 

Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. mnar atelier reserves the right to split a shipment into smaller ones without affecting the cost for the buyer.

 

mnar atelier is not responsible for the consequences of delivery delays due to transportation or customs issues. In case of delivery delay, the customer should contact mnar atelier to find the best available solution.

 

7.2 Shipping Methods

 

mnar atelier selects the best shipping method for each zone or region. Transit times may vary depending on the destination.

 

7.3 Delivery Issues

 

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery to receive the order at the specified address, the transport agency will contact the customer indicating the procedures to follow.

 

If the package is returned due to inability to deliver, mnar atelier will automatically notify the customer by email. If there is no response from the customer within 48 hours, mnar atelier reserves the right to cancel the order, in which case shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Upon receipt of the package within 24 hours of receipt, the customer must:

- Verify that it matches the order and

- Report any delivery issues.

 

If there is any problem, the customer must contact us at the email address hola@mnaratelier.com.

 

Claims regarding transportation damage will be valid within the first 24 hours and must be reported first to the carrier.

 

Claims regarding merchandise must be made within 24 hours, indicating the damage, defect, or error with an image; after this time, the company is not responsible for the care of a piece delivered.

 

All these deadlines start from the reception. No claims of any kind will be accepted outside the stipulated deadlines.

 

7.4 Delivery Delays

If an order is delayed in delivery, the customer must contact us by sending an email to hola@mnaratelier.com.

 

MNAR ATELIER - ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

8.1 Returns

According to European Law 2011/83/EU, the consumer (individual who has placed an order with mnar atelier for non-commercial, industrial, or professional purposes) has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition.

 

The customer has the right to exercise this right without the need for explanations and without any penalty, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, verified upon receipt of the return.

 

The 14-day period starts from the receipt of the order. If the deadline ends on a non-working day, it will be extended to the next working day.

8.2 Exceptions

According to EU Law 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders of the products listed below. These products include:

 

- Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

- Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

- Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

For products other than these exceptions, the customer must return them within the 14-day period in perfect condition, as originally received. The costs and risks associated with the return are borne by the customer.

 

8.3 Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned products and verifying their condition, mnar atelier will proceed to refund the customer within 14 days using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction. Additional costs, such as delivery charges, may not be reimbursed if the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the standard method offered by mnar atelier.

 

8.4 Defective Products

If the customer receives a defective product, mnar atelier will proceed to replace it as soon as possible at no extra cost to the customer. If replacement is not possible, mnar atelier will refund the full purchase amount, including delivery charges, within 30 days.

 

MNAR ATELIER - ARTICLE 9: WARRANTY

 

9.1 General Warranty

mnar atelier guarantees its products for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against defects due to material or manufacturing faults.

 

This warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, incorrect use, or normal wear and tear.

 

9.2 Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact mnar atelier at hola@mnaratelier.com. The customer must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice) and describe the defect in detail.

 

Upon receipt of the claim, mnar atelier will assess the defect and may request further information or images to evaluate the claim.

 

If the defect is covered by the warranty, mnar atelier will proceed to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time frame. If repair or replacement is not possible, mnar atelier will offer a refund.

 

9.3 Shipping Costs

The shipping costs associated with returning the defective product to mnar atelier will be borne by the customer. If the warranty claim is validated, mnar atelier will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
